Propstar is the first truly innovative, short-range travel solution for 20 years, built around the remarkable versatility and cost-effectiveness of the Piper Seneca Mk V.

PropStar offers a real alternative to the hassle of short-distance travel with superb service and quality and enables those who make lifestyle choices, the freedom to have confidence in their travel decisions, merging the financial benefits of a fractional ownership with the capability and resourcefulness of a light twin-engined aircraft.

Insight
PropStar delivers its members a unique and exclusive experience at a remarkable price, it also has a limit of 200 members thus making it an exclusive club offering a premium service to a selected target audience. It’s brand must communicate this through all touchpoints in order to succeed.

Solution
We created a brand identity based on the character of the owners, the history of the Kemble Aircraft Base (Propstar’s HQ in Gloucestershire) and the unique characteristics of the Piper Seneca whilst also injecting the premium feel and exclusivity of the club.

In order to announce the launch of the company and embark upon a marketing drive to attract 200 members, we created a set of printed materials and a website to communicate the benefits of the Propstar Service.

Results
The Propstar Board was delighted with the work and the launch was very well received by customers, since its conception in early 2007 demand has consistently outstripped supply.
